Q&T draws electricity from Vietnam's national grid. Vietnam national generation, first seven months of 2026: hydropower 23.3%, renewable energy 12.8% (EVN) — hydropower and renewable energy are reported by EVN as separate categories. Advanced Engineering — Polymer substrate plant designed to recover process solvent for purification and reuse
X-CSR System
Emit solvent-laden air
Air filtered and cooled before entering adsorbers
2 skids × 4 adsorbers capture solvent vapours
Treated air is discharged after adsorption, while captured solvent is recovered for purification and reuse.
5-phase cycle: Inertize → Preheat → Heat → Vacuum extract → Cool
C-201 splits → Molecular sieves remove water → C-202 (7 bar) → C-203
High-purity recovered solvents — ready for reuse
Cooling tower water recirculated within the plant
Closed loop complete — directly to tanks
SCADA monitoring, automatic reset after any alarm or interruption.
Preheating mode transfers waste heat between adsorbers, saving thermal energy.
Carbon heated to precise temperature by nitrogen flow, then cooled to 35°C — ready for the next adsorption cycle.
Production polymer waste is directed into defined recycling and reprocessing pathways
Recovered solvents replace virgin purchased inputs directly
Waste heat transferred between adsorbers reduces external thermal energy needs
Cooling tower water recirculated internally within the plant
Inputs, outputs, and process byproducts are managed within interconnected utility loops — from process solvents and cooling water to thermal energy recovery. Industrial scale is paired with rigorous material efficiency.
What is documented, what is designed, and what has not been established.
QT substrate demonstrated a 79.5% ± 11.4% improvement in relative mean life compared with a reference polymer substrate. Accelerated circulation testing estimates comparative deterioration behaviour and relative performance. It does not directly establish an absolute real-world circulation lifespan.

Documented recycling pathways exist for internal polymer production scrap, routed through established plastics recycling streams. Q&T does not publish an achieved recycling rate.

Q&T does not claim a full comparative life-cycle assessment. No cradle-to-grave LCA has been conducted against cotton-paper or other polymer substrates, and no comparative carbon, water or energy figure is published. The items above are the individual pieces of evidence that exist; they are not a combined environmental comparison.
